Duncan leads the firm’s corporate and personal taxation services. As a Chartered Tax Adviser, he provides expert advice on tax planning, tax consultancy and compliance matters for owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth individuals.

He has significant experience advising on company restructurings, management buyouts, acquisitions, disposals and succession planning. Duncan is also highly experienced in Enterprise Investment Schemes (EIS), R&D tax credits, share option and incentive schemes, capital allowances and Patent Box claims. He regularly represents clients in HMRC enquiries, including complex investigations.
