Duncan Graham

Duncan is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation; he has been a partner in Johnston Kennedy since 1996. He has considerable experience in assisting clients to structure their affairs in a tax efficient manor acting for individuals, partnerships and corporate entities. He has experience in all aspects of HMRC enquiries from local districts to the Special Civil Investigations and Civil Investigation of Fraud teams. He has experience in making presentations on taxation matters to financial institutions and other third parties. Duncan is authorized by the Financial Services Authority to give independent financial advice. 

In his spare time Duncan is interested in literature and the cinema, he also enjoys the occasional game of golf.
